What you will do

• Assess and complete maintenance Work Orders in residential units and other structures, detecting malfunctions and suggesting repairs.
• Perform electrical maintenance, including the replacement of fixtures, switches, outlets, and bulbs.
• Execute plumbing tasks such as repairing leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging drains, and laying new lines.
• Conduct painting, carpentry, and masonry work, including surface preparation and installing doors, locks, and handles.
• Install and reconfigure modular office spaces, including furniture, wall panels, and work surfaces.
• Manage work tools, materials, supplies, and perform basic landscaping and cleaning.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property maintenance.
• 4-6 years of trade experience (or equivalent education) in mechanics and small engine repair.
• A clear criminal record check is required.
• Must pass drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to instruct personnel and maintain efficient productivity.
