What you will do

• Perform minor electrical repairs, including replacing switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Handle minor plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and laying new lines.
• Execute painting, carpentry, and masonry work to maintain and protect building structures.
• Reconfigure and install modular office furniture and workspace layouts to optimize space.
• Inspect buildings to detect malfunctions and provide recommendations for necessary repairs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a commercial property environment.
• Ability to provide professional service to tenants from both a client and organizational perspective.
• Capability to manage stressful situations professionally and adapt to change.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
