Salary: $48,128 - $72,192 per year

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve AV problems, performing triage and remote resolution when possible.
• Setup, operate, and break down AV equipment for live and hybrid conferences, seminars, and events.
• Research, recommend, and implement AV hardware and software configurations to meet client needs.
• Ensure connectivity from conference rooms to collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AV processes and equipment for IT professionals and end users.
• Test and troubleshoot conference space equipment and provide backup support to the Deskside Support team.

Requirements

• Must possess Public Trust clearance.
• 3+ years of experience providing AV support for conference rooms and monitoring live feeds.
• 3+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting AV systems.
• Experience planning and directing AV production activities to ensure event continuity.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience using ServiceNow and Bomgar or equivalent remote support tools.

Nice to have

• CTS Certification or other relevant AV certifications.
• Experience with Video Matrix systems, AV Switchers, Crestron, Biamp, or Shure.
• Knowledge of digital audio playback, record systems, and video wall management.
• Experience with advanced lighting controls and microphone channeling.
• Basic networking skills, including IP addressing and wireless troubleshooting.
