Salary: $106,180 - $132,720 USD

What you will do

• Lead technical delivery and planning for approximately 400 annual in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Conduct customer intake, setup discussions, and lead presenter rehearsals and technology checks.
• Launch and manage live meetings, webinars, and webcasts using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
• Provide professional real-time incident response and technical support for high-visibility executive meetings.
• Perform daily AV health checks on conference room systems to ensure stability and reliability.
• Edit and distribute recorded content and generate event participation and engagement reports.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV, virtual, or hybrid event technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco collaboration technologies.
• Proven ability to execute live events under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across audio, video, and content-sharing systems.
• Must be based in Boston, MA for full-time onsite presence.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale webcasts, enterprise town halls, and all-hands meetings.
• CTS certification or comparable AV industry certification.
• Knowledge of AV signal flow and fundamental networking concepts.
• Familiarity with conference room AV hardware, including DSPs and control systems.
