Salary: $55 – $65 per hour

What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and break-fix repairs for advanced AV systems including video walls and conference rooms.
• Provide high-touch technical support for executive-level meetings, ensuring stable operation of all technology.
• Collaborate with 3rd party integrators and programmers to commission and sign-off on conference room systems.
• Develop detailed BOMs, infrastructure drawings, and rack layouts using AutoCAD and Visio.
• Manage AV tickets and provide analytical reporting on system performance and resolution times.
• Conduct onsite user training for AV equipment and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level AV support.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio for reading rack layouts and cabling drawings.
• Deep knowledge of signal flow for audio, video, control systems, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with Crestron control systems and major manufacturers such as QSC, Cisco, Biamp, and Shure.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in cramped or high spaces.
• Must pass a background screen and drug test.

Nice to have

• CTS certification from AVIXA or manufacturer certifications (QSC, Cisco, Crestron, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in site surveys, rack construction, and cable pulling.
