What you will do

• Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security camera systems.
• Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for system performance and technical troubleshooting.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and implement corrective actions for camera, wiring, or network failures.
• Perform preventative maintenance, equipment calibration, and firmware updates.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior technicians and subcontractors during field work.
• Document all work, including service reports, installation logs, and system configurations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security camera systems or low-voltage installation.
• Solid hands-on experience with CCTV/IP camera systems and enterprise VMS platforms.
• Strong networking knowledge including IP addressing, PoE switches, and connectivity.
• Must be willing and able to travel frequently to client sites.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders, roofs, or in confined spaces.
