Salary: $170,000–$180,000 (budgeted for Illinois-based roles)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise customer implementations end-to-end, from architecture definition to go-live.
• Partner with stakeholders to define technical architecture, sizing, and deployment strategies for private cloud and bare-metal environments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts, Terraform modules, and other infrastructure-as-code to automate deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex Kubernetes environments, including networking, storage, and security integrations.
• Serve as the definitive Tier-3 technical escalation point and root-cause owner for complex deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with internal R&D teams to align SaaS and on-premise architectures.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical implementation, professional services, or forward-deployed engineering role (Hard requirement).
• 8+ years of overall experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or software deployment.
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AWS, Azure, and bare-metal clusters).
• Strong proficiency in authoring Helm charts and using IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration and scripting with Python or Bash.
• Based in the USA with a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience in eDiscovery environments.
• Expertise in administration and high availability for Microsoft SQL Server and Postgres.
• Prior experience with hirify.global Enterprise, Brainspace, or similar platforms.
