What you will do

• Lead and line manage a section of the engineering department, focusing on individual and team development.
• Set measurable goals for developers and monitor productivity and quality targets.
• Mentor developers through regular one-on-ones and performance reviews to support career progression.
• Support recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs and participating in interviews.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high-trust collaboration.
• Maintain high standards for software assets to ensure sustainable long-term performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SaaS environments with a focus on clean code, SOLID principles, and strong design patterns.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in delivering complex, distributed systems.
• Strong programming background with proficiency in NestJS/Node.js, Vue, Redis, SQL Server, and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with mature DevOps practices and automated testing/QA processes.
• In-depth knowledge of maintainable and scalable system design and operation.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
