Salary: $32.45–$33.42 per hour

What you will do

• Build brand assets including logos, podcast tiles, typography, and color palettes following senior creative direction.
• Create marketing campaigns and visual assets for digital and social ads, Apple/Spotify art, and animations.
• Collaborate with copywriters and senior designers to develop overall campaign approaches and creative concepts.
• Develop and implement brand systems for smaller hirify.global projects and properties.
• Maintain high-quality graphics and visual consistency across the hirify.global brand family.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent professional work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and digital advertising.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Portfolio submission is required as the primary source of evaluation.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Premiere and/or After Effects.
• Experience collaborating directly with copywriters.
• Interest in motion graphics and animation.
