Salary: $60,000 – $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Conceptualize and execute high-impact designs aligned with product and branding strategies.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm innovative ideas and fresh perspectives.
• Manage projects independently from concept through to final execution.
• Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Conduct research on competitors and target audiences to inform creative decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in an agency.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Must be able to work in the New York office 4 days per week.
