What you will do

• Lead end-to-end creative projects from concept development to final execution.

• Develop motion graphics, animations, and video content to enhance brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with creative leadership and stakeholders to deliver strategic design solutions.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers to elevate team performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio in branding and motion design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and motion/video work is required.
