Base Salary Range: $111,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Design creative assets for digital and print, including social posts, presentation decks, and launch assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative output according to visual standards.
• Produce event-specific assets for conferences, including signage, booths, and swag.
• Develop short-form motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns and product demos.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with campaigns, content, and product marketing teams.
• Review and ensure design integrity and accuracy across all platforms before delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic or production design.
• Proven experience in motion design (in-house experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and motion tools (After Effects, Jitter, Capsule).
• Expertise in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and motion work across multiple channels.
• Must be based in the United States.
