Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year plus performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Studio Managers and their teams across multiple locations.
• Travel regularly between studios to support operations and ensure brand standard consistency.
• Drive studio performance by meeting goals for memberships, retention, revenue, and profitability.
• Analyze business performance and develop action plans to improve KPIs and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Studio Managers on recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
• Manage P&L, payroll, inventory, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.

Requirements

• Five or more years of progressive multi-unit leadership experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven success in achieving revenue, operational, and business performance goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Experience managing P&L performance, budgets, and expense control.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned studio locations in the Orlando region.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
