What you will do

• Direct and optimize all facets of the drug screening department, including personnel and vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic policies to ensure strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to department staff, focusing on high performance and professional development.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as turnaround times and error rates to drive operational improvements.
• Manage the department budget, forecasting and allocating resources to align with organizational goals.
• Maintain rigorous documentation standards and lead compliance audits to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-growth, compliance-driven environment.
• In-depth knowledge of drug screening regulatory landscapes and federal/state compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for this role.
