What you will do

• Lead daily operations across web, email, SMS, and app platforms for assigned events.
• Design brand-aligned front-facing elements for websites and email campaigns.
• Analyze marketing technology performance, including engagement, revenue, and user behavior.
• Act as the expert administrator for CMS platforms and cross-platform integrations.
• Manage event and artist content for festivals, concerts, and clubs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with social, tech, sponsorship, and production departments.

Requirements

• Must possess US work authorization without sponsorship.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in web, marketing, or the music industry.
• Experience with web CMS is required.
• High attention to detail and strong copywriting skills.
• Deep knowledge of electronic music, artists, and genres.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours as needed to meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and HTML.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
