HR Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

Location: Hybrid (hirify.global has offices in New York, London, Singapore, and Tel Aviv)

What you will do

• Support employees and managers on HR-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, leave management, internal mobility, and employee data updates.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance of employee data within the HRIS and generate insights.
• Coordinate and support global HR programs and annual people processes.
• Assist with HR communications, documentation, and workflow management.
• Partner with the HR team to identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or People Operations Partner, preferably in high-tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in working with HR systems and employee data.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
