Salary: $142,090 – $308,464

What you will do

• Lead projects involving dams, spillways, intakes, and hydropower infrastructure improvements.
• Manage project execution teams and mentor junior engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Develop technical work plans, calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
• Participate in equipment procurement and construction management processes.
• Support business development and pursuit activities for new infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related professional experience.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required to support Engineer of Record (EOR) duties.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulics, civil/structural design, and geotechnical considerations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business.
• Experience with West Coast hydropower clients.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements for dams.
