What you will do

• Plan, price, and manage site operations to meet contract requirements, financial goals, and HSE standards.
• Act as the primary customer contact for construction-related matters to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Manage subcontractors and supervision teams to deliver installation activities on schedule and within budget.
• Establish site planning and scheduling, implementing catch-up plans to mitigate delays.
• Ensure site safety by implementing HSE plans and risk assessments in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Oversee budget forecasting, change management, and COR/NCR settlements with contractors and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related construction or site management role.
• Minimum of a 2-year associates degree; a 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and change management skills with a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively with others.
• Must be able to work onsite in Appleton, WI.
