What you will do

• Support evaluation methodology for patient programs and digital health tools.
• Develop study designs, measurement strategies, KPIs, evaluation frameworks, and patient outcome measurement approaches.
• Translate business questions into objectives, performance indicators, and analytic plans.
• Support the development and scaling of data insight generation tools and analytic capabilities.
• Partner with the PHI Analytic Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver performance readouts and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in public health.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in evaluation science and study design, including control and intervention groups and bias identification.
• Experience with patient outcomes, patient behavior measurement, or healthcare program evaluation.
• Familiarity with claims, EHR, real-world evidence, vendor-provided, or unstructured data.
• Cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, project coordination, and communication of complex methodology to non-data stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with real-world evidence, patient engagement programs, or digital patient support tools.
• Experience working with external vendors.
• Clinical or patient-facing domain understanding.
