What you will do

  • Lead real-world evidence generation and outcomes research for assigned hematology therapeutic areas and marketed products.
  • Design, execute, and publish evidence studies, outcomes research, and economic models in accordance with scientific standards, regulations, and company procedures.
  • Develop research and publication plans supporting the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to generate and disseminate scientific evidence.
  • Translate US payer needs into market access analytics, payer communication materials, and value propositions.
  • Oversee projects from concept development through publication and field-material pull-through, including budgets and compliance reporting.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in health economics and outcomes research, pharmacoepidemiology, health services research, health policy, pharmacy, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in health economics, epidemiology, real-world evidence, or outcomes research.
  • Strong foundation in at least two of the following areas: outcomes research, epidemiology, biostatistics, and economic modeling.
  • Experience delivering projects from concept development through publication and field pull-through with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication, presentation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare system, reimbursement, payer dynamics, healthcare pathways, and oncology care models is desirable.

Nice to have

  • Doctorate or PhD in a relevant discipline.
  • Fellowship experience.
