Marketing Operations Manager

Salary: $112,000–$140,000 base salary plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the operational framework for marketing planning, execution, and campaign delivery.
• Build and maintain project plans, documentation, and operational playbooks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Creative, and Analytics.
• Develop scalable processes for integrated campaigns and tentpole moments.
• Create measurement frameworks and dashboards to track campaign health and budgets.
• Partner with leadership on resource planning and process improvement as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Experience building scalable operational processes in high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in developing reporting frameworks and tracking KPIs.
• Must be based in the United States.
