What you will do

• Own the product strategy and development for a fully custom agentic platform, thinking beyond simple chat interfaces.
• Design multi-agent workflows, defining agent roles, task decomposition, and critical human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap that prioritizes transformative AI value over incremental improvements.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to development, launch, and iteration.
• Utilize AI tools for research, analysis, and rapid prototyping of working proofs-of-concept.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on model integration, context engineering, and evaluation pipelines.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of product management experience within a software or SaaS environment.
• Proven experience shipping product capabilities that incorporate AI/ML, preferably with at least one production deployment.
• Deep understanding of foundation models, RAG, agentic workflows, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Ability to reason fluently about how architectural choices impact product decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
