What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and incubate new business opportunities and monetization models to drive growth.
- Lead end-to-end Proof of Concept (PoC) projects from market research and financial forecasting to pilot launch.
- Orchestrate high-profile co-branding campaigns with tier-1 partners to increase GMV and brand equity.
- Re-architect business metrics (North Star Metrics & KPIs) and optimize executive dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Act as the strategic liaison between Taiwan business teams and South Korea Product/Engineering HQ to shape product roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Legal, Finance, PR, and Platform Operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Big Tech, top-tier E-commerce, Tier-1 Management Consulting (MBB), or FMCG multinationals.
- Proven track record of launching 0-to-1 new business projects and managing high-stakes negotiations.
- Strong capability in structuring complex business problems and extracting insights from raw data.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and regional headquarters without direct hierarchical authority.
- Mandarin: Native fluency required.
- English: Business fluent required for cross-border collaboration.
Nice to have
- Prior experience as Chief of Staff, Executive Proxy, or in Corporate Development/Strategy roles.
- Fluency in Korean to accelerate collaboration with South Korea HQ.
