What you will do

• Perform geotechnical field investigations, including boring layouts, drilling inspections, and geophysical surveys.
• Coordinate and manage the scope of services provided by subcontract drilling firms.
• Execute visual classification and laboratory testing of soil samples.
• Conduct geotechnical field inspections during the construction phase.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed geotechnical engineering reports.
• Participate in coordination meetings with design teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Physical ability to carry 50-70 pounds occasionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
