Location: Remote, based in Kyiv with operations in UAE and international jurisdictions

Overview

Lead financial strategy and operations for a pioneering Web3 startup with a phygital hub in Dubai. Drive sustainable growth, regulatory compliance, and scalable financial systems across multiple jurisdictions.

What you will do

• Audit and optimize financial operations and reporting.
• Implement FP&A frameworks including budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage financial operations across UAE and international entities.
• Lead audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings.
• Build investor-ready reporting and dashboards.
• Lead and scale finance team and outsourced partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years financial leadership experience, including 3+ years in executive roles
• Experience in fast-paced startups or high-growth tech, ideally Web3/blockchain
• Expertise in cross-border operations and UAE financial regulations
• Fluent English required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA/ACCA/CPA preferred
• Experience leading international remote teams
