What you will do
- Oversee financial operations, corporate financial planning, and financial structure.
- Manage financial reports, budgets, forecasts, regulatory requirements, and financial controls.
- Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, financial analysis, and modeling for strategic initiatives.
- Develop financial strategies, policies, and procedures supporting growth, profitability, and governance.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while managing relationships with auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
- Present financial performance, insights, and strategy to executives, the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Experience with financial software, ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the technology or blockchain industry is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- MBA or CPA qualification.
