What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to address complex supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics challenges.
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solution architecture across Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Facilitate executive workshops, process discovery sessions, and fit-gap assessments to align technology with business objectives.
• Define and validate future-state supply chain processes, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee functional design activities including configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, and strategic pursuits for the Oracle Cloud practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience delivering complex Oracle Supply Chain implementations and business transformation programs.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Program Solution Lead for Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Deep expertise across Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Proven track record of leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations in large, global organizations.
• Two or more active Oracle Cloud SCM certifications required.
