Delivery Enablement Lead, Associate (Risk Governance)

What you will do

• Drive strategic initiatives across the Agent and Customer Experience team within Marcus’ Delivery business unit.
• Build stakeholder relationships and centralize strategy across business units and programs.
• Prepare business requirements, PowerPoint presentations, reporting, and narratives for senior leadership.
• Guide project and program creation, tracking, reporting, and risk management using established best practices.
• Develop KPIs, OKRs, and business metrics, and provide ad hoc data analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Engineering, operational leaders, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders to implement business solutions and remove bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end project or program creation and management.
• Experience preparing senior leadership presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, and Tableau.
• Experience creating and managing OKRs, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• CAPM, PMP, or a related project or program management certification.
• Advanced analytics experience with Alteryx or SQL.
• Consumer banking experience, especially with regulatory initiatives.
