What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform team owning the management layer and control infrastructure.
• Engage with strategic customers and internal teams to identify pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering through the full design, development, and release lifecycle.
• Support product marketing and sales enablement by crafting customer-focused messaging and content.
• Synthesize information from customers, product data, and industry trends to maintain a data-driven roadmap.

Requirements

• 8-9 years of experience in SaaS/PaaS product management.
• Must be based in the US.
• Technical focus with the ability to engage as a peer with engineering partners.
• Experience working with highly technical users and balancing complex demands against a committed roadmap.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of turning data into insights and actionable product strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering products in the data space, specifically APIs, authentication, billing, and high-availability systems.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow or other modern data tools.
• Passion for open-source projects and communities.
