Salary: $21 - $24 per hour (plus $3/hr shift differential)

What you will do

• Install hardware and cable server racks according to elevation diagrams and cable plans.
• Perform visual inspections of components and materials to identify defects before installation.
• Interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Sales Orders.
• Execute routine assembly builds and escalate discrepancies to senior technicians.
• Maintain a clean work area following 5S duties.
• Record completed tasks and report non-conformances.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English and use basic math.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am) and weekends if required.

Nice to have

• 2-3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Moderate MS Excel knowledge.
• Experience with computer hardware and cabling.
