What you will do

• Oversee daily data center operations to ensure all systems function optimally.
• Monitor and maintain air-cooled chillers, CDU systems, and fan coils.
• Perform hands-on mechanical tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of facility systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for specialized tasks or repairs.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or data center operations.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, cooling technologies, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with liquid cooling carts, including full rack fills, drains, and air purges.
• Experience with PG25 fluids and knowledge of wetted materials (copper, brass, polymer piping).
• Ability to service Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs) and rack manifolds using QD/LQC connectors.
• High school diploma; technical certification in HVAC or facilities management preferred.

Nice to have

• 2–6+ years of experience in HPC facilities or industrial cooling.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Familiarity with NFPA 110 (emergency power) and ASHRAE standards.
• Hands-on experience with pump maintenance and integrated electrical/mechanical systems.
