Compensation: $155,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and shape technical strategy for financial services clients.
• Lead discovery sessions to analyze business processes, operational challenges, and regulatory requirements.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and integration patterns.
• Develop compelling demonstrations, prototypes, and executive presentations tailored to client-specific scenarios.
• Lead technical portions of proposals, RFPs, and Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with Delivery leaders to ensure proposed solutions are implementable and aligned with best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solution engineering, enterprise consulting, or solution architecture.
• Meaningful experience in financial services (Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, or Banking).
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states listed in the location requirements.
• Outstanding discovery, facilitation, and executive-level communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications in Financial Services Cloud, AI, or Data Cloud.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
