Compensation: $145,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Monitor the top-of-funnel assembly line to identify leaks, stalls, or routing issues.
• Diagnose gaps between intended and actual funnel behavior and quantify the impact of fixes.
• Build operational reporting, alerts, and anomaly detection to drive daily marketing actions.
• Partner with Analytics Engineering to ensure data models and metric definitions reflect business reality.
• Serve as the connective layer between GTM Engineering and data model owners.
• Provide actionable insights into campaign performance to influence in-flight decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics experience, including 3+ years in marketing analytics at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL is non-negotiable; Python experience is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the marketing funnel from acquisition to retention.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Streamlit, Hex, or Sigma.
• AI-forward mindset with the ability to use CLI and agents to supplement core tooling.
