What you will do
- Manage and maintain the company's online Plan Room and bid document repository.
- Coordinate with project engineers to update bid information and assemble comprehensive contract books.
- Oversee the clerical preparation and dissemination of addenda during the bidding period.
- Coordinate loan and grant applications for agencies such as OWDA and OPWC.
- Review funding agreements to identify and communicate deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Process pay requests and change orders through various regulatory agencies (OEPA/DEFA, ARC, CDGB).
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience.
- 2+ years of experience with public construction bidding processes and contractor procurement.
- Experience administering online document repositories or similar construction-related platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Ability to work in Mentor, OH.
