What you will do

• Act as a field representative to ensure all work is completed according to contract requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve constructability issues as they arise.
• Track contractor submittals and facilitate reviews with departmental stakeholders.
• Review certified payroll submissions and perform labor standards interviews.
• Maintain all project documentation in the Project Management Information System (PMIS).
• Monitor and report on functional testing, commissioning, and construction closeout.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a degree, or 5+ years without.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with PMIS (e.g., eBuilder, Procore, Oracle Unifier).
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans, details, schedules, and specifications.
• Must be able to complete background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records search.

Nice to have

• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in construction.
• Experience using AutoDesk applications.
