What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the owner and project stakeholders including contractors and government agencies.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure adherence to specifications, budget, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review and approve construction plans, specifications, and change orders.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and regulatory approvals.
• Prepare and present progress reports regarding project status, budget, and potential risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management with a focus on water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques specific to water and wastewater systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) or Engineering In Training (EIT) certificate.
