What you will do

• Own a core product area, defining the strategy, vision, and roadmap to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional dev squad, aligning engineering, design, and business goals.
• Drive product innovation by identifying opportunities for increased automation and efficiency.
• Transform ambiguous, complex problems into actionable plans and scalable product experiences.
• Conduct deep user research and data analysis to advocate for user needs in every product decision.
• Collaborate with company-wide stakeholders to ensure buy-in and integration across the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• 3+ years of experience managing full product lifecycles, preferably in AI, SaaS, or legal tech.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate AI/ML capabilities.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and clarifying ambiguous situations.
• Strong UX and design intuition with a focus on client experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma.
• Proficiency with user analytics software like Mixpanel or data systems like Looker.
• Experience working with two-sided marketplace platforms.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Experience with Zendesk and Hubspot.
