Solutions Architect (Enterprise Modernization)

What you will do

• Provide technical guidance on enterprise systems modernization.
• Lead high-impact client engagements and support delivery teams with complex technical problems.
• Contribute to solution design, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
• Develop service accelerators, reusable delivery assets, and reference architectures.
• Mentor engineers and architects while connecting regional delivery teams with global service development.
• Measure technical quality, asset adoption, and talent development across the service line.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform delivery, or technical consulting.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems modernization advisory or a senior technical advisory role.
• Deep expertise in modernization strategies, cloud architecture, platform thinking, architecture patterns, and enterprise solution design.
• Experience building and supporting delivery tools, frameworks, reusable assets, or client-aligned intellectual property.
• Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, and business-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in platforms, tools, or frameworks.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects or internal accelerators.
• Familiarity with enterprise transformation programs and the consulting delivery lifecycle.
