Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, or business management.
• 3-4+ years of direct program management experience.
• Experience in New Product Development (NPD), preferably within the Consumer Goods industry.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and C-suite presentation skills.
• Must be based in Needham, MA, United States.
