What you will do

• Define and maintain a group-wide roaming KPI framework and control tower.
• Design and maintain end-to-end roaming SOPs, processes, and performance transparency.
• Define OCPI/OICP standards, onboarding frameworks, and interoperability governance.
• Own roaming data models, analytics standards, and dashboard frameworks.
• Establish knowledge base and training frameworks for roaming capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, including L3 escalation expertise and frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including 2 years in a management position.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English (writing and speaking).
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within agreed scope.
• University-level degree (preferably Engineering, Business Administration, or related).
• Understanding of the roaming business and/or the e-mobility sector (plus).
