What you will do

• Identify and resolve desktop and laptop hardware issues.
• Perform network troubleshooting and manage incident escalations.
• Implement virus prevention initiatives and deploy new systems.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation and FAQs.
• Assist in developing web resources for the Intranet and third-party applications.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in York, Maine.
• 4-6 years of experience in a desktop support environment.
• Proficiency with MS Windows, Exchange, Office, Citrix, and IIS.
• Experience with firewall and VPN configuration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines.
