What you will do

• Design and develop a virtual support agent providing real-time, personalized financial assistance.
• Analyze and improve proprietary datasets, vector database architecture, and data pipelines.
• Debug and enhance AI models while scaling pipelines for production deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with fintech business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members and drive innovation through advanced LLM capabilities.
• Establish scalable monitoring processes to ensure model performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
• 5+ years of total software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, data science, or machine learning engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with modern cloud computing (AWS, Bedrock, Sagemaker, Databricks, or Kubernetes).
• Foundational knowledge of Generative AI, Transformers, LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and LLM Agents.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, and SciKit-Learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with Huggingface and LangChain.
• Experience tuning neural networks on custom datasets.
• Background in fintech or financial services.
