What you will do

• Manage and track cooler repair service tickets in Zendesk, dispatching requests to authorized providers and ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate operational data and master data for distributors and customers within SAP and other company systems.
• Coordinate the transfer of point-of-sale (POS) assets between distribution centers and process spare-part orders.
• Reconcile asset disposal records by verifying service ticket data against vendor Certificates of Destruction.
• Communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs) to distributors to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports on asset transfers, spare parts, and service activities.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or logistics managing service tickets or work orders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic report visualization.
• Experience working with SAP, Zendesk, or comparable ERP/ticketing systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
