What you will do

• Define the cloud roadmap and design scalable, multi-tenant global systems for B2B commercial displays.
• Build SaaS capabilities including APIs, provisioning, and device/app management.
• Lead "build vs. buy vs. partner" strategic decisions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and the development of scalable data pipelines.
• Establish strategic and technical partnerships across the cloud and service ecosystem.
• Optimize platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on cloud/platform architecture.
• Proven expertise with cloud-native systems and SaaS/multi-tenant platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong API-first mindset (REST, GraphQL, event-driven architecture).
• Ability to make business-driven technical decisions and build strategic partnerships.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the US (Lincolnshire, IL).

Nice to have

• Experience with CTV, hospitality, or enterprise display platforms.
• Knowledge of CDNs, streaming/video, or IoT/device platforms.
• Familiarity with monetization services and integrations.
• Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
