Senior Technical Product Manager II, Cloud Platform

Location: Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States. The role works with Lincolnshire engineering and product teams, HQ engineering in Korea, and requires periodic travel plus early-morning or late-evening calls across the time-zone gap.

Salary: $135,000–$160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the BC 3.0 migration roadmap, sequencing, cutover, backward compatibility, migration tooling, partner readiness, and rollback planning for live properties.
• Manage AWS cloud spend through cost modeling, tenant-level analysis, per-property and per-device targets, rightsizing, storage tiering, savings plans, data transfer, and CDN optimization.
• Define and operate SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident reviews, and reliability reporting for provisioning, content delivery, device check-in, and API availability.
• Set the platform roadmap for APIs, provisioning, device and application management, and tenant onboarding while making prioritization and build-buy-partner decisions.
• Develop business cases and roadmaps for monetization services such as upsell, loyalty, micro-spend, and transaction flows.
• Maintain security and compliance readiness while coordinating delivery across engineering, product, HQ, brands, integrators, and vendors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical product management experience, including 5+ years owning cloud or platform products.
• Experience leading a major production platform migration involving a live installed base and executing the cutover.
• Hands-on AWS expertise, including cost and usage analysis and architecture discussions with engineering leaders.
• Experience defining and operating SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for production services.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and API-first design, including REST, GraphQL, and event-driven systems.
• Ability to influence delivery across teams and geographies without direct authority, manage product portfolios, and communicate technical decisions to engineers and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with CTV, hospitality, enterprise display platforms, CDN, streaming, video delivery, IoT, or device fleet management.
• Experience with MCP or similar integration frameworks, monetization, payments, or transaction integrations.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, Korea-based engineering organizations, or product manager mentoring.
• Pragmatic application of AI/ML to business outcomes.
