Salary: $90,400 - $135,600 USD

What you will do

• Lead global marketing operations planning for new product launches, geographic expansion, and portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance to translate commercial strategies into executable operational plans.
• Manage commercial forecasting, allocation planning, and inventory optimization to ensure business continuity.
• Build and maintain the Marketing Operating System, including product lifecycle transitions and systems administration (MAP Agile, Allego).
• Drive launch readiness by identifying commercialization risks early and leading mitigation planning.
• Partner with regional teams to optimize inventory deployment and improve customer experience globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in marketing operations, product management, supply chain, or business operations.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or Engineering.
• Experience working within medical devices, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
• Working knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Supply & Operations Execution (S&OE).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
