What you will do

• Create, execute, and optimize direct-to-physician marketing plans to meet contractual traffic goals.
• Review and approve marketing materials, including copy and creative, to ensure best practices.
• Track campaign performance daily and adjust tactics to meet client objectives.
• Analyze traffic and provide strategic insights on creative and campaign performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Intelligence, and Production teams.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to improve reporting and workflow scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales operations, or digital analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Adobe SiteCatalyst (Omniture), and Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (required for company benefits).
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
