What you will do

• Write, update, and provide training for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure process and product outputs meet regulatory and internal control requirements while tracking quality metrics.
• Analyze feedback to create ad-hoc reporting and presentations for management.
• Drive operational support and continuous improvement of efficiency and quality within the team.
• Manage and prioritize workload to meet individual and team Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Coordinate projects leveraging best practices to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Three years of experience within the Employee Health and Benefits industry.
• Highly effective written/verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
• Must be based in the USA to be eligible for US-specific benefits (401k, EEO).
