Reimbursement Analyst (Business Analysis)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days on-site per week in Arlington, VA

Salary: $82,000 - $87,500 per year

What you will do

• Perform reimbursement analysis, management, and procedures development for accounts receivable and payable.
• Allocate reimbursement funds to the proper appropriation and program office.
• Reconcile budget system allotments with allocated amounts.
• Monitor reimbursement ceilings and alert the client as needed.
• Process working capital fund invoices based on client guidance.
• Handle classified reimbursement transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with reimbursements and interagency agreements.
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant Business Field.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in federal financial management and proficiency in supporting financial systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with G-Invoicing.
• Experience utilizing MS Power Apps or similar software.
