What you will do

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end contracting workflows, from intake and triage to signature and storage.
• Build and roll out legal templates, playbooks, and self-serve resources to increase business velocity.
• Optimize the legal tech stack, including CLM platforms, e-signature, entity management, and AI tools.
• Track and report on legal KPIs, matter volumes, cycle times, and external legal spend.
• Manage relationships, budgeting, and performance of external counsel and vendors.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Security, and Procurement to streamline deal-desk and approval processes.

Requirements

• Experience in legal operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Strong project management and process design skills with a systems-oriented mindset and bias for automation.
• Hands-on expertise with legal technology (CLM, e-signature, contract automation, AI legal tools).
• Ability to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes for efficiency.
• Must be based in the UK or the US.
• Outstanding communication skills to bridge the gap between legal, technical, and business stakeholders.
