Salary: $87,282.00 - $139,425.00

What you will do

• Lead the TPRM governance framework aligned with regulatory expectations, internal policies, and third-party risk management best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance TPRM policies, standards, procedures, and the TPRM program strategy, roadmap, and workplan.
• Define and deliver TPRM reporting and metrics, including dashboards and executive-level reporting on third-party risk exposures, trends, and program performance.
• Establish and monitor KRIs/KPIs and issue/exception management processes for timely identification, escalation, and remediation.
• Oversee governance for critical/high-risk vendors, including risk profiles, risk tiering/segmentation, and alignment to business resiliency and concentration risk frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (SOX, MRM, AIGA, Legal, Compliance, IT, and business units) and support internal audits and regulatory examinations; develop TPRM technologies including AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of recent third-party risk management experience, including compliance, information security, technology, and operational process assessments, plus audit or related activity.
• Demonstrated understanding of the TPRM lifecycle and risk assessment activities.
• Broad knowledge of the Three Lines of Defense risk management and controls assessment models.
• Familiarity with GRC tools, preferably Acher.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities, preferably Copilot.
